texas rangers played in Rangers Ballpark

The Texas Rangers are a professional baseball team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, based in Arlington, Texas. The Rangers are a member of the Western Division of Major League Baseball's American League, and are the reigning A.L. Western Division and A.L. Champions. From 1994 to the present, the Rangers have played in Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, located in Arlington, Texas

Would you believe it? There's only four games until the 2011 All-Star Game. This season is dangerously zooming by like a getaway car not slowing down for the curves. The Rangers have already passed the mathematical 81 game mid-season checkpoint and can now see the traditional halfway point with just a couple of yards of straightaway ahead.

Pretty much the farthest thing from gangsta are the Orioles right now. Even Robert Andino has shed the stickers from his cap. We've lost seven of the last eight games. Vlad Guerrero is still batting cleanup. Felix Pie is starting in left field tonight.

The Texas Ranger Division is currently in the process of creating a Public Corruption Unit in response to legislation passed during the 81st Legislative session. The Ranger Division has also been tasked with management oversight of the department's full-time SWAT Team, proposed regional Special Response Teams (SRT's), and the department’s Crisis Negotiations Unit.

Jul 7, 2011 - A Texas Rangers fan who leaned over a railing while trying to catch a ball tossed into the stands by Rangers outfielder Josh Hamilton has died, according to Nolan Ryan and the Dallas Morning News. The young man simply leaned a bit too far and was in an awkward position when he went over the railing.
