On Friday, we were happy for Tiger's ex. We read an item in Page Six that said Nordegren was dating Jamie Dingman, a billionaire's son who once shacked up with Bridget Moynahan after another wandering-eyed pro ran off. (We were a little upset that she wasn't, in fact, dating former NHL goon Chris Dingman, but we take what we can get.) But Dingman was money-appropriate, handsome, all of that.Rachel Uchitel has given Tiger Woods back most of the settlement money he paid her and is now preparing to sue Gloria Allred, the lawyer who struck the deal, allegedly because Allred sold her out for money, TMZ has learned.The couple put on a steamy show as they publicly embraced in the Miami Beach sea.We've learned the agreement stated ... if Rachel violated the confidentiality clause ... she would not only have to return the money she received but Tiger could sue her for damages as well.
Sources tell TMZ ... several months ago Tiger's lawyer, Jay Lavely, contacted Gloria and said they were going after Rachel because they believed she violated the confidentiality agreement by allegedly speaking with TMZ and going on "Celebrity Rehab" to treat her "addiction to love" -- though she never talked specifically about Tiger on the show.
It’s worth noting that Uchitel has been wrongly tied to men in the past, including Jake Pavelka, and there was misreporting about her relationship with David Boreanaz.
That said, it seems like Uchitel and Nordegren can’t get away from each other.And there's more. Remember the name, Jen Madden? She's the one who sold the Tiger Woods story in the first place, and she got the info because she stayed at the Miami home and overheard Rachel tell Jamie about her affair with Tiger.
Who knew Elin Nordegren had a little bit of Rachel in her.
