Transformers Dark Of The Moon

The "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" red carpet in Times Square on Tuesday evening was packed with fans, stars and possibly a few Autobots eager to see the third installment of Michael Bay's explosive franchise.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley lit up the red carpet in New York on Tuesday, shining in a sparkling red dress at the "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" premiere in Times Square.

The British newcomer drew flashbulbs at a rate more common in the commerce hub's gigantic, illuminated billboards,

If you've seen the other two Transformers movies,

 you should know by now not to go in expecting an Oscar worthy masterpiece. If you're looking for another Black Swan or True Grit,

then why the hell are you even reading this?! No, you go in knowing you're going to get a couple of hours of action packed,

We find out from archival news footage that President Kennedy didn't send our astronauts to
the Moon just to take a few steps for Mankind, but to investigate an alien space ship that had crashed landed there in the 1960's. 

And insofar as Bay and company had something to prove — and to improve — this time around,
they've succeeded. While "Dark of the Moon" isn't currently the highest rated film in the franchise,
