balck window ,away from it see its pic

jeff seale was perhaps alive and not kelled by a balck widow spider, experts at the colorado the state of university ,denver museum of nature said and also science have said on friday,
"he have said that I'd say zero chance, not likely at all," said Dr. Paula Cushing, the museum's curator of invertebrate zoology and a past president of the American Arachnological Society. "I think it's tragic that he did die so young, but it's extremely unlikely that this is the cause."

The 40-year-old Seale died July 17 in his Erie home. His sister, Stephanie Baum of Longmont, said he reported finding 19 bites on his left foot around July 2 and believed they were from a black widow. He saw a doctor two or three days later, she said, but did not seek out medical treatment again before his death.

whats a black spider
Latrodectus is a genus of spider, in the family Theridiidae, that contains 31 recognized species. The common name widow spiders is sometimes applied to members of the genus due to the habit of the female of eating the male after mating, although sometimes the males of some species are not eaten after mating, and can go on to fertilize other females. The black widow spiders are perhaps the best-known members of the genus.

Barbara Boxer threatened - San Rafael man arrested

A San Rafael man is set to be arraigned on charges that he made death threats against Sen. Barbara Boxer.

A 47-year-old San Rafael man was behind bars Sunday after police said he threatened the life of U.S. Sen.
Barbara Boxer in a series of voice-mail messages.

O'Connell allegedly threatened Boxer in a voicemail he left at her San Francisco office last week. He was
arrested on Saturday.

Investigators tell the Marin Independent Journal O'Connell claimed in the message he was being harassed
by authorities and was in a dispute with his neighbors.

San Rafael police Det. Scott Eberle says the death threat was not related to Boxer's political positions.

O'Connell, whose messages were not described in detail, was arrested and booked into Marin County jail
on suspicion of making threats, a felony. His bail was set at $500,000, and he is scheduled to appear in
court Tuesday.
