Big Sean is at sex charge is it reality

A female victim issued a complaint that she had been sexually assaulted and parks police investigated, said Detective Sgt. Brian Nisbet.Police received the complaint Thursday night at Artpark State Park in Lewiston, just downriver from Niagara Falls. Anderson was performing there with rapper Wiz Khalifa.Big Sean hasn't publicly commented on the allegations, but he was busy on Twitter Friday afternoon, posting enthusiastically about the show and inviting fans to the concert afterparty in Pontiac.
Big Sean and Hansbro were issued appearance tickets and released on $500 bail. They’re scheduled in Niagara County Court on Sept.
State Park Police charged the 23-year-old Detroit man, whose full name is Sean Anderson, with misdemeanor counts of forcible touching, unlawful imprisonment and sex abuse. A second Detroit man, Willie Hansbro, faces the same charges.Last night was a whirlwind for rapper Big Sean. After a concert in New York, he was arrested for something that I’m sure you will find surprising. A “fan” claims that she was sexually abused by Big Sean and another guy named Willie Hansbro. Things got so out of hand that the New York State park police arrested Big Sean and Willie Hansbro for forcible touching, unlawful imprisonment, and sex abuse. The incident was reported 9:50 p.m Thursday at the Lewiston festival's Wiz Khalifa concert. Big Sean also performed at the show.

Authorities also arrested Detroit resident Willie Antonio Hansbro, 23, on the same charges. Both posted $500 bail and were released.

murdoch scandal phone hacking

Media mogul Rupert Murdoch is facing British lawmakers today over the huge phone hacking scandal at News Corp. Several journalists have resigned and ten people have been arrested. Murdoch's son, James, may be forced out.

Arrested, questioned for nine-hours and then released, Rebekah Brooks could play a key role in the investigations into the phone-hacking scandal. The paper says that police are treating the death of Sean Hoare as "unexplained" but "not suspicious," suggesting that it may have been a suicide. Hoare made his charges against Coulson, who went on to become Prime Minister David Cameron's spokesman, to The New York Times last year for a magazine story about the phone hacking at Rupert Murdoch's UK newspaper. He was quoted as saying that Coulson “actively encouraged me" to hack into other people's cell phone messages. This is not to say American journalists don’t play the angles from time to time. Reporters, this writer included, have been known to eavesdrop on unsuspecting individuals or read untended documents left casually in sight. Back in the day in Chicago, I felt duty-bound to join a gaggle of reporters who followed negotiators in a labor strike into the men’s room in hopes some news, among other things, would leak during the bio break. While Mr. Morgan has kept his remarks close to the vest on his own program, he's not so demure on Twitter. This morning, he tweeted a note that made it sound as if he was cheering for Mr. Murdoch, who was testifying in front of Parliament in the U.K. "News Corp stock price has risen throughout the hour. Not, I suspect, how the MPs hoped things might go from their interrogation," he wrote.

"Strong finish by Rupert," he wrote on Twitter toward the end of their visit to Parliament. "Love him or hate him, does anyone genuinely think he's a crook or condoned crime? Because I don't." Coulson was arrested as the scandal broke open earlier this month. Police say Hoare appears to have died of natural causes, but the determination had not lessened suspicion of foul play. Hoare not only talked about phone hacking, but phone tracking as well, or as he said they called in the newsroom "pinging," where he said News of the World would pay police, he believed, to track individuals’ locations.

Barbara Boxer threatened - San Rafael man arrested

A San Rafael man is set to be arraigned on charges that he made death threats against Sen. Barbara Boxer.

A 47-year-old San Rafael man was behind bars Sunday after police said he threatened the life of U.S. Sen.
Barbara Boxer in a series of voice-mail messages.

O'Connell allegedly threatened Boxer in a voicemail he left at her San Francisco office last week. He was
arrested on Saturday.

Investigators tell the Marin Independent Journal O'Connell claimed in the message he was being harassed
by authorities and was in a dispute with his neighbors.

San Rafael police Det. Scott Eberle says the death threat was not related to Boxer's political positions.

O'Connell, whose messages were not described in detail, was arrested and booked into Marin County jail
on suspicion of making threats, a felony. His bail was set at $500,000, and he is scheduled to appear in
court Tuesday.
