Nicole Mary Kidman conversation with Prince William

As expected, Nicole attended the BAFTAs Brits To Watch Event in Los Angeles last night, a highly publicised event which was also attended by Prince William and Kate Middleton!
Inside the gala, Nicole seemed to be having a very animated conversation with Prince William, and enjoyed a chat with Kate, too! It’s wonderful seeing Nic with these two … especially with Kate, as, in my opinion, Nicole and Kate Middleton are the definition of class and elegance. And proving yet again that she really IS Hollywood royalty, Nicole was given the honour of sitting at the ‘top table’ with the two Royals, alongside Barbara Streisand and James Brolin, and various studio executives. Quite an honour!
Nicole Mary Kidman, AC (born 20 June 1967) is an Australian actress, singer, film producer, spokesmodel, and humanitarian. After starring in a number of small Australian films and TV shows, Kidman's breakthrough was in the 1989 thriller Dead Calm.Shortly after marrying country music sensation Keith Urban in 2006, Kidman stood by her man when he entered rehab for alcohol abuse. Now, the regal movie star is living her domestic dream with Urban and their two daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret. The family moved almost immediately to Washington, DC, where Nicole's father pursued his research on breast cancer.and then, three years later, made the pilgrimage to her parents' native Sydney. Young Nicole's first love was ballet, but she eventually took up mime and drama as well (her first stage role was a bleating sheep in an elementary school Christmas pageant). In her adolescent years, acting edged out the other arts and became a kind of refuge -- as her classmates sought out fun in the sun, the fair-skinned Kidman retreated to dark rehearsal halls to practice her craft. The flick, based on the 1995 Pete Dexter novel, centers around a Miami Times reporter as he returns to his Florida hometown to investigate the imprisonment of a death row inmate.Kidman also secured Hollywood representation at about this time, which opened quite a few doors of opportunity. In 1988, Kidman got another major break when she was tapped to star in Phillip Noyce's Dead Calm (1989). A psychological thriller about a couple (Kidman and Sam Neill) who are terrorized by a young man they rescue from a sinking ship (Billy Zane), the film helped to establish the then-21-year-old Kidman as an actress of considerable mettle. That same year, her starring performance in the made-for-TV Bangkok Hilton (which cast her as a young woman incarcerated in a Thai prison on false drug smuggling charges) further bolstered her reputation. Kidman has acted alongside some of Hollywood's biggest names, including Tom Cruise, Dustin Hoffman, and George Clooney.1 She has starred in 49 movies and several TV shows.2 She was married to Tom Cruise between 1990 and 2001, and has been married to country music singer Keith Urban since 2006.

Kate Middleton in romantic mood

Kate Middleton married Britain's Prince William on 29 April 2011. Kate Middleton met the future king while both were studying art history at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. They became friends while sharing housing with other students in 2001, and began dating in 2003. Kate Middleton graduated from St. Andrews in 2005 with a degree in art history. She moved to London after graduation, and in 2006 began working as an accessory buyer for the fashion chain Jigsaw.she does have good breeding – her parents are self-made millionaires and she attended the prestigious and pricey private boarding school Marlborough College. Kate Middleton already. The 5-foot-10 princess was once a size 6, "but there's no way she's more than a size 0 right now -- and that's extremely skinny," a friend tells Life & Style. "Kate was pretty skinny on her wedding day, but now pals are saying she's dropped another 7 to 10 pounds," an insider says.Kate's hosed-up look has less to do with her own invention and more to do with protocol. It's an unwritten rule that royal ambassadors and guests attend events dressed to make the queen proud: closed-toed shoes, mid-length skirts and pantyhose. Lady Di’s sheer stockings (DKNY’s were her brand of choice) were such a staple of her regal look, they were incorporated into replica Franklin Mint dolls.
